Circle Facilitation
The Circle process has been used to support families by First Nations communities for thousands of years and still is today. Circle outcomes aim to bring forward mindful discussions, consider the strengths of each plan and address areas of need and ensure all voices are heard and acknowledged and ensure everyone walks away feeling good about what took place.
An Original Circle can be used to resolve conflict, but Circle can also be used to support family planning and working together as a team. Circles offer a balanced approach to resolve conflict and to hear and acknowledge all voices.
Circle Facilitator
Before the Circle occurs, the Circle Facilitator will discuss what to expect during the gathering, the purpose of the Circle, where and when the Circle will be held, who you would like to invite to the Circle and any traditional elements you want to include in the Circle.
